As you begin to understand the patterns that fuel anxiety, conflict, and disconnection, you can develop practical tools to move forward, out of what feels stuck and into a more secure, connected way of living and relating.

 

Whether you come to therapy on your own or with your partner, I draw from the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help you navigate what’s getting in the way.

Inspired by my own journey of self-reflection and growth, I bring empathy, understanding, and my own lived experience into the therapy room, helping people navigate change with clarity and compassion.
